EACH ONE OF US IS SPECIAL.

In Hindu concept, Shakthi is the feminine counter part of God in His all tri-level manifestations. Unlike the female gods of other Semitic religions, Shakthi is worshiped as the Supreme Being of Power and Energy all over India. Pinning hopes on this aspect, Anagha Krishnamoorthy invokes the Indian Women folk to bloom with all their innate fragrance from their ‘all-secured bud stage’ beyond the 33.3% reservation bracket.

Sthree’ – the ultimate shakthi vanu4 EACH ONE OF US IS SPECIAL. irtually the inevitable form of Lordess Kali is as fragile and delicate as a flower from outside, but as strong and tough as iron from within. One crush and the flower gets crumpled. But even after being crumpled and mauled, it can impart  the same fragrance unaltered ,as before. The ‘sthree’ form is no different from this enchanting flower that makes her unique and bestows her, the power of shakthi.

The Second and Weaker (sex)

Since time immemorial, this flower has been in the hands of slavery. Every little movement, even a jerk towards darkness burns up its iden tity.

Yes, women, we are talking about ourselves. We are prone to danger and are insecure everywhere–in the market, on the r oanu21 EACH ONE OF US IS SPECIAL. ad, in the train, bus or auto, or even at home and work place. We are often exposed to cheap and ruthless behaviors that include harassment, eve-teasing, kidnapping, murders, rape etc. We face extreme trauma in public transport facilities like railways and buses. We are ragged and looked down upon every time we try to come up and show our worth. Our counterparts are assaulted publicly on national highways in the midst of a frozen crowd and there is nobody to raise a voice. Woe! This is the prevailing situation here, today.

Our fellow beings are deprived of basic education, food, clothing, shelter and other amenities in the rural front. They are subjected to brutal foeticides, genital splice surgeries and other such vile things. They are perceived as play- toys in childhood and as home-makers once they are married. Though this scenario has taken a positive turn, the villages are still lagging behind with the age-old customs that are being followed in the worst unreasonable manner.

Where is the Key?

Now, what is the sanu1 EACH ONE OF US IS SPECIAL. olution for this state of affairs? Of course, every problem comes with a key. The key to this solution lies within us. Our inner strength and beauty gives us courage and determination to fight all the evils and shower goodness. We must mould and shape ourselves in such a way that our dynamism must be capable of outwitting every single person. We must come in par of the male community. Beauty lies in a non-competitive effort to prove ourselves and create an everlasting mark and identity wherever we are put in a game. We must not compete with males, but go on parity with them and show them the worth we have. Let us show them that we also possess the ability, the power, and determination to come up in this fast-paced era and to fight for our position in the society, that we are also liable to equal socio-economic and civil status as our counter sex.

anu3 EACH ONE OF US IS SPECIAL.

Empowering…

Let us begin it with the positive exploitation of the 33.3% seats in the legislation procedure.

Only this way the flowers within us will tilt themselves towards the sun rays of hope so that they bloom and reach the zenith of growth, development and ultimate bliss. This is the ‘sthree’ that we are talking about. Let us make use of our shakthi and make ourselves secure and special.

Kudos to all mothers, daughters, wives, grand-mothers, aunts and all other women who have grown so far and helped others grow too!

I am happy you came up with this question..i believe that once an equality is achieved, there will be no question of reservation of any kind..so,I’m certain that once this equilibrium is maintained we will ,or have to be deprived of reservation..Till then,we WILL be fighting for everything..until we get what we deserve.

no offences again please……..but as the history goes woman can never equal a man……….

and instead of fighting for reservations in colleges, offices and etc….fight for your protection and security…….

The point that a woman can never equal a man(as it is in the Vedas) is very true and I’m a person who believes that behind every ancient saying there’s a strong and valid reasoning..and its true also..In certain areas, women are stronger than men and vice versa..but what we are to the world is not what we are to ourselves..and the basic point is,women and men should coexist..not compete with each other..If that happens, neither would there be a need to fight for reservation, nor would we have to fear anybody..but we have’nt reached that scenario yet!You must also understand that we are not living the life ‘prescribed’ in the Vedas too..sadly!

Also there’s a need for the womenfolk to fight for the things men get unasked and unsaid..so..hope that answers all your questions!

Had this beauty within is ever expressed? However, external beauty is exhibited in plenty. All women should stop thinking that they are flowers. Flowers are plucked and are either thrown away or crushed after a time. When crushed the beauty vanishes. Identity is lost. The smell fails to remain, as flowers are not rare species.
Is it a quirk of fate? Yet I like to hate fate.
Do conceive reality and don’t get deceived. And make Shakspeare swallow his words,
    “Frailty thy name is woman”
    With best wishes

@ author- thanks for your wonderful feedback. My prayers that woman get protection from society rather than get reservations. Hope they come to understand there is more to gain from security and not from reseravations.
